"Niclas Warius – Curved edged Diasec"

The installations and still life images in Niclas Warius Vanitas series are often set in an abandoned house or a museum cluttered with belongings, featuring objects that seem to be gently or insistently requesting something. In this exhibition in Åland Art Museum still lifes from the Åland Island are shown. Warius revives old, forgotten objects and gives them a sweet moment in the limelight.
